Shipping & Returns

We ship the product within 24 hours of order placement at www.totaskincare.com. Orders made on weekends ship on the following Monday.

We accept returns only for unopened products within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Refunds require the product to be returned with original seals intact.

Address changes are only possible within one hour of order placement by contacting TOTA Skincare Head Office. Once with the courier, address details cannot be altered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before purchase.

Manufacturing

We formulate and produce all of our products in Malaysia. The National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia has approved these products.
