Your Representation and Warranty: You affirm that You hold the legal authority to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) for any Order. Additionally, the information You provide to us is accurate, truthful, and complete.

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

We regularly update our selection of Goods on the Service. Items available may occasionally be inaccurately priced, described, or temporarily unavailable. Delays in updating Goods information on the Service and on other platforms where we advertise may occur.

We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, or services. The Company reserves the right to modify or correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Prices may be revised even after accepting an Order due to factors beyond our control, such as government actions, variations in customs duties, increased shipping charges, or higher foreign exchange costs. In such cases, You have the right to cancel Your Order.

All purchased Goods are subject to one-time payment, which can be made using various methods available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods like PayPal.

Payment cards (credit or debit cards) undergo validation checks and require authorization from Your card issuer. Failure to obtain the necessary authorization releases us from liability for any delivery delay or non-delivery of Your Order. Any Promotions offered through the Service may have separate rules apart from these Terms. If participating, review both the specific rules and our Privacy Policy. In case of conflicting rules between the Promotion and these Terms, the Promotion rules prevail.

Waiver

Apart from what’s outlined here, the failure to enact a right or enforce an obligation within this agreement won’t hinder a party’s ability to do so later. Nor will overlooking a breach excuse subsequent breaches. We retain the right, solely at Our discretion, to alter or substitute these Terms at any time. If a revision is substantial, We’ll endeavor to give a minimum of 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a significant change rests solely with Us.
